Terms of service
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you use VenueLeads, the website, dashboard and email digests. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: venueleads@outlook.com.
The service
VenueLeads collects publicly available licensing information for London, scores each application for how likely the venue is to need door staff or CCTV, and shows the results in a dashboard and weekly email. The service is for businesses, not consumers.
No guarantees
Scores are estimates based on public information and our own rules. We work hard to keep data accurate and up to date, but councils and newspapers can publish errors, change their websites or remove notices. We do not guarantee that any lead is complete or correct, or that it will result in work for you. Always check the original notice before relying on it.
Using leads responsibly
- Use leads only to offer your own services to the venues listed.
- Follow UK marketing law when contacting venues, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (for example, only email individuals by name where the law allows, and always include an opt-out).
- Do not resell, publish or share the leads or your login with anyone outside your business.
- Do not use the service to harass anyone or to object to applications in bad faith.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term: you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Founding prices stay the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any other price change. Free trials end automatically unless you choose to subscribe.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect losses, and our total liability to you in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell customers by email before significant changes take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
